SyncBackSE er et program for sikkerhetkopiering og synkronisering som kan benyttes mellom harddisker, overskrivbare CDer og DVDer (formatert som UDF), flyttbare medier (som USB drives), FTP-servere, Zip-arkiv og nettverksdisker. Programmet er enkelt å bruke, og inkluderer mange alternativer for den avanserte bruker. SyncBackSE er en kraftig oppgradert versjon av gratisprogrammet SyncBack. Funksjoner som kopiering av skrivebeskyttede filer, hurtige sikkerhetskopier, synkronisering, rask komprimering, enkel mappe- og filnavigasjon og forbedret FTP-system som støtter SSL og MODE Z komprimering.
