End-User License Agreement (EULA) LICENSES: Shareware IMPORTANT--READ CAREFULLY This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and 4Easysoft Studio, the developer of the program ("4Easysoft"), regarding your use of 4Easysoft products ("Software"). By installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold, which means you acquire rights to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, as described in these Terms, but you do not acquire ownership of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. If you do not comply with these Terms, we can terminate your Software License which means you will no longer have the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE This EULA grants you the following rights with respect to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT: Once registered, you are granted a revocable, personal, non-exclusive and nontransferable license to install and activate the Software on only one computer for your personal and non-commercial use, unless you have purchased a commercial license from 4Easysoft Studio. You may not make the Software available on a network, or in any way provide the Software to multiple users, unless you have first purchased at least a MULTI-USER license from 4Easysoft Studio. 2. COPYRIGHT All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by 4Easysoft Studio or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material, and may not remove or conceal any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Software. 3. RESTRICTIONS You may not, and you may not permit others to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or in any way derive source code from the object code portions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; (b) modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (c) copy (other than one back-up copy), distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, lease or otherwise exploit the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 4. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. - COVER CD. The reproduction and distribution of 4Easysoft Studio (evaluation copy only) in various Cover CDs published by associated magazines are allowed. However, a copy of magazine with CD is required to be sent to 4Easysoft Studio. - TERM This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, together with all copies thereof. LIMITED WARRANTY NO WARRANTIES 4Easysoft Studio expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you. SEVERABILITY In the event that any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or void by statute or judicial decision, the parties agree that all other provisions not declared invalid, or void shall remain in full force and effect. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES In no event shall 4Easysoft Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this 4Easysoft product, even if 4Easysoft Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages. MISCELLANEOUS 1. 4Easysoft Studio does not allow you to utilize our SOFTWARE PRODUCT to do anything that violates the local law. If you utilize our SOFTWARE PRODUCT to do the illegal activity, the consequent result shall be on your own responsibility. If you disagree with this item, please don't install and/or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 2. The final interpretation is left to our discretion. OTHER TERMS 4Easysoft Studio holds right to modify this agreement without notification, according to the change of related law, regulation, and business strategy. The modified version will be released on our site. If you disagree with any terms in this agreement, please terminate to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; your continued use is deemed to accept this agreement. 4Easysoft Studio has the power to make the final interpretation and revision of this agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
